Your company workspace

Supabase provides account authentication, the database and document storage. Company membership and roles govern workspace access. Saved drafts and uploaded evidence are shared with members who have the relevant workspace access; they are not private notes visible only to their author.

AI-assisted generation

When you request a brief, draft or analysis, relevant official source text, confirmed company facts and selected supporting context are sent to OpenAI’s API. The app requests that generated responses not be stored as retrievable API responses. This is not a promise of zero provider retention.

OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models by default; abuse monitoring and other retention rules still apply. See OpenAI’s data controls. Upload only material your organisation permits you to process with these services.

Document processing

Readable file text is extracted for source review and company knowledge. Scan processing can send the file contents to the configured OCR service, including Microsoft Azure Document Intelligence when that provider is enabled. The service must be configured before scan extraction is available. Review extracted text and suggested facts before using them.

Delivery, billing and operations

Resend handles service emails, including invitations and the alerts you choose. Stripe handles checkout and subscription payments; the app does not collect card numbers in its own forms. Vercel hosts the application. Sentry receives sanitised operational error reports. Cloudflare R2 is used for protected operational backups.

These providers can process data outside Singapore. Signals.Desk does not promise that all processing stays in Singapore. Contact us before uploading material with special residency or contractual requirements.

Choices and deletion

Choose email preferences in Alerts; email notifications start only when enabled and saved. Export working drafts from the pursuit and remove uploaded documents through the workspace controls where your role permits. For account access, data correction, deletion or questions about providers, email support@signals-desk.com from your registered address.

Deletion requests require an ownership check and a review of shared company records, billing and security obligations. Backup copies and provider records may expire on separate retention schedules. Do not assume that cancelling a subscription immediately erases company data.
