Signals.Desk · Practical guides
Find IT opportunities worth a closer look.
A practical way for Singapore cybersecurity, software and cloud service teams to find official opportunities, assess fit and prepare a response.
Start with the work you actually deliver
Describe your services in the matcher using concrete terms: penetration testing, cloud migration, managed service desk, data engineering or software development. Broad labels such as “IT” or “consulting” leave too much room for unrelated results.
Record exclusions too. A consultancy that designs cloud architecture may not sell software licences or supply on-site support staff. A cybersecurity review is different from a physical security staffing contract.
From a listing to a decision
- Find: search the collected catalogue and open the official listing. Check when the record was last checked and confirm the closing date.
- Decide: compare the scope with your capabilities, delivery capacity and required evidence. Watch the opportunity or pass with a reason.
- Prepare: use Workspace to save a pursuit, upload the buyer’s pack, inspect source-linked review topics and prepare a working draft.
An example of a useful first search
We provide penetration testing and cloud security assessments for Singapore organisations. We do not supply security officers, resell hardware or provide general manpower.
This is an illustrative company description, not a live opportunity or a claim of eligibility. Confirm each requirement with the buyer’s official documents. Matching is a review aid; it does not certify that your company qualifies.
Choose the workflow you need
Use Alerts to watch matched opportunities and receive the email notifications you choose. Use Workspace when you also need shared pursuits, document processing and AI-assisted working drafts. The trial lets you evaluate the collected catalogue before paying; current prices and usage limits are on the pricing page.
Official starting points
GeBIZ is the authoritative portal for its notices and submissions. IMDA publishes its own support programmes and calls. Signals.Desk links to the source and does not submit bids on your behalf.
